Program Description FNS provides children and low-income people access to food, a healthful diet, and nutrition education. Programs include: Food Stamps; Women, Infants and Children; Farmers' Market Nutrition; Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition; Summer Food Service; Child and Adult Care; Food Assistance for Disaster Relief; Food Distribution.
