Alopecurus
A. pratensis aureovariegatus, Golden Foxtail, is a tuft forming, ornamental grass that grows 12 inches high and wide. The leaves are flat and linear. They are yellowish-green striped and edged with gold. The flowers are compact, pale green spikes that are borne during the summer.
