Program Description
NCRLC was founded in 1923 by a group of dedicated lay people, priests, sisters and bishops to serve the rural church, rural people and their communities. Now in the eighth decade of service, NCRLC is a membership that works from a faith perspective to promote family farm agriculture, a healthy environment and strong rural communities.
