Program Description Education programming involves greenhouse/nursery, fruits, vegetables, dairy/livestock and poultry. These programming efforts are implemented across the State by Extension educators and specialists. By most standards, many Connecticut farms are small farms, and as a result, a significant amount of our educational efforts in the agricultural area involve small farms.
